Dad accused of killing teen found in daughter’s room

“A Beast By Any Other Name Is Still A Beast”!!!  Now you can refer to this 16 year old as a child all you want but at the end of the day, her actions as a teenager cost another teenaged boy his life!  I want to start off by saying this though, LITTLE BOYS NO MATTER YOUR COLOR, YOU HAVE NO REASON AT ALL TO BE SNEAKING INTO ANYONES HOUSE TO SEE A GIRL!!  I DONT CARE WHAT SHE TOLD YOU AND THIS STORY SHOULD MAKE ALL OF YOU SEE THAT!

Now, as for the father, dude you knew better.  There was no need in you shooting that boy because no teen in his right mind would sneak into a home with no one hearing a noise to rape someone or kill someone in a house full of people.   But lets give you that benefit of the doubt….

Why would this mini beast tell you that she doesnt know the boy and then after you kill him let the police know that she actually does know him?

Where are the parents of the boy who was shot and why are they not speaking?   And where are the protestors telling us about the big bad white man thats got our black teens scared to walk the streets for fear of a white man killing them?  To be honest, it sounds like a case of the father was mad that the young boy was laying the pipe to his daughter and the little boy probably got smart with the dad especially after the girl claimed to not know him.  I can imagine that the boy had no idea he was in any real danger so yeah I would say something about the tramp too and hes now dead.. Thats how I see things anyway.

Who’s side are you on in this case and do you think we need to reexamine how we view crimes in this country that involve race?

A Harris County grand jury will decide what, if any, charges will be filed against a Spring father accused of fatally shooting a 17-year-old boy he found in his teenage daughter’s bedroom Thursday morning.

Few details were forthcoming about the family that recently moved into a modest, single-story brick home in the 22000 block of Bridgestone Ridge.

Harris County investigators said the suspect’s 16-year-old daughter let the boy into the house. Her father told investigators he heard noises coming from his daughter’s bedroom about 2:30 a.m. and went to investigate.

He found the 17-year-old in the bedroom, and there was an altercation before the boy was shot once.

Authorities on Thursday did not identify the boy or the 55-year-old suspect, who was taken to a nearby hospital after the shooting for symptoms of a panic attack.

Neighbors said the two-minivan family moved in earlier this month and was renting the three-bedroom home.

“Nothing like this has ever happened here before,” one neighbor said. Neighbors declined to give their names but said the area is generally crime-free. “Kids get run off from the (subdivision’s) lakes nearby, but that’s about it.”

The accused shooter was not arrested or charged with a crime on Thursday.

A news release from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said officers are preparing a case that will be presented to the grand jury.

It is not uncommon in Harris County for grand jurors to decide if a crime was committed in fatal shootings that may have self-defense claims or other legal issues.

In 2008, a grand jury declined to indict Pasadena retiree Joe Horn after he fatally shot two burglars in the back as they ran across his front yard.

Horn made national headlines because he was on the phone with a 911 operator who was telling him to stay inside and out of harm’s way.

The Nov. 14, 2007, call ended with the sound of Horn racking a shell into his 12-gauge shotgun’s chamber, followed by three gunshots that killed Colombians Diego Ortiz, 30, and Hernando Riascos Torres, 38.

Grand jurors in that case decided the act was a justifiable use of deadly force and did not constitute murder.

The men had taken about $2,000 from the home next door to Horn’s.

Horn’s defense hinged on his assertion that he had fired out of fear for his life, making the shooting justifiable under Texas law.
