I Will Not Shed A Tear!

By: Tommy “Tj” Sotomayor

I know that this story should have people all over the world up in arms about it.  People are saying that its time for us to address domestic violence but don’t you understand that we have courts in the united states of america that assist women in tracking a man down and robbing him for every dime that he has while keeping her identity and her location a secret?

Do you know that they are appointed a lawyer while the man has to try to hire one to represent him in a case that she is allowed to wait as long as she would like to get a man screwed over with back child support? Yep thats our system, so why should men like me who have been screwed over by this system cry foul over when one of its victims bite back?

That is exactly what happened in PG county when a man who was gonna be forced to pay 650.00 in child support monthly for a child that it seems he had no real connection with did when he took a gun and shot the child and her mother dead!  Take a look…

back up:

I am so sick of people saying that he got what he got for screwing her raw so then at the end of the day I feel she got what she got for putting a man on child support that wasn’t going to take it.  Lets all be nonchalant about peoples decisions and the result that comes from it then OK?

FORT WASHINGTON, Md. (WJZ) — A tragic case of domestic violence. A Maryland teacher and her toddler daughter were shot and killed. Now the child’s father is being charged with their murders.

On Neshante Davis’ Facebook page, her two-year-old daughter, Chloe, is front and center. A relative says the little girl was the center of her mother’s life.

“Beautiful, beautiful Mom; she’d do anything for anybody,” the relative said.

On Tuesday, the mother and daughter left their townhouse on Palmer Road. Neighbors say they heard screams and gunshots. Davis and Chloe were both shot several times.

“Big family. Everyone loved everyone,” said the relative.

Daron Maurice Boswell-Johnson

Public records show Davis recently won a paternity suit and $600 a month in court-ordered child support from her daughter’s father. Daron Boswell-Johnson is now charged in connection to their murders.

“The notion that someone would be bold enough to take the life of a child, to take the life of a young woman and think there would not be consequences is simply unacceptable in Prince George’s County,” said Prince George’s County Police Chief Hank Stawinski.

“We are absolutely grief-stricken. I am enraged that another baby lost a life here in our community,” said Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Angela Alsobrooks.

The killing of Davis’ daughter marks the second homicide involving a child in the county this year. Last month, a six-year-old girl died after suffering blunt-force injuries that police said were caused by the boyfriend of the child’s mother.

There is one caveat that you may be unaware of, Tommy. When you say that a woman “puts a man on child support”, it really is not always this simple. In order for a woman to receive public aid (welfare), she MUST reveal the identity and location (if known) of the father. Also, in my state of Nevada (I am unaware if it is this way in other states), a woman cannot receive Medicaid for herself unless she reveals the name and location (if known) of the father. Most of your arguments are valid and sound, but personally, I do not believe that any single mother (or father) should not receive public aid or health insurance that they are entitled to because they want to conceal the other parent’s identity as some form of “loyalty”.

how are you “entitled” to someone else’s money?

Entitled due to eligibility. I misspoke & should have used the word “eligible” instead of “entitled”.

Is it ever possible that a man may not want to be a father (in that moment in time), but the mother may in fact want to be a mother? I agree that $600 a month is A LOT of money (and it is completely outrageous of the court)!! However, just because a man chooses not to be involved, does not automatically equate that a woman should terminate the pregnancy. If I’m 43 and get pregnant and WANT that child, i should be able to have the child irrespective of what the father doesn’t want. Lastly, it may also take 2 years for a paternity suit because the PG County courts are just that back logged!

You should be able to have the child, yes. Should the guy be forced to pay for it? NO! Your body, your decision, your responsibility.
