People can continue to downplay the role of fathers in the lives of these kids but this story along with my last goes to show you how much of a role a good father plays in the lives of young black girls and young girls period!

Anala Beevers is an example of what can happen when you put two people together that want to be parents to a child before they have it and after they have it they want to raise and nourish that seed that they created together! Even if the two of them were to separate, I do believe that they would continue to try and show this child how important education and family is and for that I say thank you to them!

To the media who has chosen to neglect stories like these in favor of ratchet stories I say to you, shame on you!  To the people who would rather see ratchet stories instead of exposing and praising the kids in these stories I say, Eat the cake because you are getting what you paid for!

A four-year-old girl who can recite the capital of every country and claims to be smarter than her parents has become the newest member of the genius club, Mensa.

Anala Beevers from New Orleans, Louisiana, scored more than 145 in a standardized IQ test putting her in the top one per cent of the population.

Her mother and father told Aol that she learned the alphabet when she was four months old and by one-and-a half had mastered numbers in Spanish.
